Usually this is in the venting below the windshield on the outside of the car. After doing this, although it does not tell you to spray in the vents, I did so with the a/c fan off. Have now used this product 2x in a ford mustang and it has worked well. I estimate the larger can I purchased will provide at least 3 applications. **Q: Can you use this in an RV? and if so how? My RV smells like an old soaked diaper when I try to use the AC and it’s a brand new RV :/ thank you!** A: Yes it works great on all automotive air conditioning systems. It sounds like the air conditioner has been run for a period of time to build up condensation on the evaporator core and this has allowed mold spores to form. The frigifresh works by putting the vehicle air conditioner on the highest setting and on recirculate. You then spray the product around the inside air pickup which will then allow the product to spray through the evaporator and out the vents deodorizing the system in the process. It works well for situations such as yours. This product took two applications to get rid on the smell. But it seems to have eliminated it. I would think it would do the same in the refrigerator but you must keep it away from food as it is not food safe. Would think if you removed the food before applying it should do away with the smell. It leave a nice pleasant odor which might not be good for a refrigerator, unless you thoroughly clean the refrigerator before putting food in it. Would this dairy products like milk would pickup the smell pretty easily leading to a potential bad taste to the milk. Was impressed how these product removed the mold smell and eliminate my sneezing from,the mold spores.
