HIMG Brown Tones Worktop Repair Kit - Granite, Quartz, Marble, Corian, Travertine - Light Cure Acrylic Repair

Could not face paying a fortune for a repair and so thought tongive this product a go. I started the repair with some apprehension as it is a shark nose edge which is a little tricky to follow. Had to be a little creative with how to use the tape to contour it. Took me maybe half hour to do the repair mostly to figure out how to shape it. But the result seems excellent. You barely see it. With a bit of patience you can get a good repair done!

This product works well to fix chips in marble tops, and I also used it to repair the chipped glass edge of our induction hob. It's a useful product, but it takes rather too long to cure (several minutes under the UV light) and the colour match isn't perfect for black. I'd have preferred to buy a single colour (black) at a slightly lower price, but they make you buy three in the set, so I have two spare I guess.

Great colour match for the top I was repairing. But blue lights would not cure it properly after leaving light over the plastic strip for 10 mins still left it very sticky/ tacky. Need a stronger uv light to cure it till set hard. Good product but shame for the light to cure it.

Worked perfectly, not a 10 min fix, give your self 1 hour and take your time, just make sure you have a 2000 grit sandpaper before polish.

Followed instructions but I wasn’t impressed

We have baltic brown ceramic worktops , had a medium size chip on an edge about 6mm in size , this product repaired in about 15 minutes , very easy to use .

I have a cracked hearth slab and this product looked like a good solution. After following the instructions to the letter the solution is still not dry...after 2 days! I would definitely not buy this again

The curing light does not function correctly,I had to squeeze it tightly,in the "on" position, for the 7 min: curing period otherwise no light. A replacement light would be appreciated!. Otherwise the product functioned very well.

Ha salvato una piastrella rotta. Due stelle poiché la lampadina LED per catalizzare la resina ha smesso di funzionare dopo la prima applicazione, ho dovuto usare una lampada per lo smalto unghie. Tra l’altro il cartoncino in dotazione non supporta bene la mini torcia che tende a cadere.

Me solucionó el desperfecto en la encimera, conseguir el color depende de tu habilidad.

Wir haben die Kante unserer Küchenarbeitsplatte aus Naturstein an zwei Stellen beschädigt. Die Abplatzer sind im Durchmesser 1-1,5cm groß und ca. 2-4mm tief. Bevor wir einen professionellen Steinmetz mit der Reparatur beauftragt hätten, wollten wir versuchen, die Macken selbst zu reparieren. Das Reparaturset in Braun hat perfekt zu unserer Natursteinplatte gepasst, da es drei Töne (beige, hellbraun und dunkelbraun) beinhaltet. Das Füllmaterial haben wir nach Gebrauchsanweisung in mehreren Schichten aufgetragen und jeweils aushärten lassen. Die Stellen sind nunmehr kaum zu erkennen. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und können das Produkt zu 100% empfehlen.

He probado varias veces y el producto no endurece ni dejando la luz que trae el kit varias horas. Desastre total. He tenido que buscarme una lámpara ultravioleta (en mi caso de las que se usan para potabilizar el agua de 18 vatios) y ahí sí que ha endurecido dejándolo unos 15 minutos. Tenía tres desconchones de un centímetro en el suelo, usando la lámpara ultravioleta, después hay que lijar un poco para dejar el acabado fino y luego con el polish ha quedado que no se nota nada. Espero que dure mucho tiempo
