minor instructions included in this review
Sure, it looks nice and seems to be of good enough quality for holding the minor weights of a couple of remotes. If this product came with even the minimal of instructions / information, such as the drill bit size for installing the wall anchors, it would receive 5 stars. There was absolutely ZERO information within the box. So I am taking the liberty to inform others, should they do a search in the comments of the word "drill bit" to avoid some angst (over 2,000 alleged reviews and not a single person used those buzz words to search). The appropriate drill size I used was 7/32 (see photo). It made for a perfectly snug wall anchor. The mounting screws, thus the opening between the screw mounts as well, is 5 5/8" apart (see photos). You are welcome. This product was used for the purpose of holding ceiling fan remotes (x2 for the patio/lanai and x1 for the living room), mounted indoors next to the outdoor slider.
