Which manfrotto case would fit best to manfrotto mt055xpro3 with the mhxpro 3-w head ?

I am a cheap skate I am using what I used with my old one. A folding chair bag which lets me put in other things such as a folding seat pad, softer and warmer than rocks.. Not sure if the real deal case will cope with that.

Is the camera to head screw 1/4" or 3/8"?.
