Hardly and mint flavor
The package surely smells like spearmint, but maybe after chewing a whole stick for 2 minutes you get the slightest cooling in your mouth? You certainly get enough mint on your breath to give it a pass after chewing it thouroughly, but it's basically the strength of restaurant mint toothpicks.

Where is the flavor?
I don’t have a highly developed sense of taste, but I do have a sense of taste. I can taste no mint in these toothpicks. They taste exactly like the wooden ones that I’ve been using. I am very disappointed.
