I was delighted when this arrived, but very duappointed to find the tip at the back was broken off. The item is smaller than the box it comes in and the amount of bubble wrap is inadequate to keep it securely in place. It is clear that having it move around in the box is going to jeopardise the product.I have managed to glue it back in place as it was easier than sending it back for a replacement- which might experience the same plight. I do hope the makers of this product take note of the problem.
