I love it. The installation may seem complicated at first but the mount is numbered (for the new users on the block) When looking at you round metal mount, start with number 1 then set number two, then three. You will have a setting for 1|2 meaning you can use the hole as a 1 or a 2. Once you get it set, take a permanent marker and mark the holes you actually used. You may end up using a blank/unmarked hole.
