This is truly the best at-home product I have ever used and I highly recommend it. What I started with…my natural color is medium brown with gray beginning to show around my roots and temple plus I had some old highlights that were beginning to look brassy. End result…a lush and healthy brown with 100% gray coverage. A pleasant surprise…my highlights are still visible but the brassiness is gone, leaving a very natural looking multifaceted color that looks like it was done in the salon.Oddly, there are NO instructions included which was a bit intimidating. The bottle is a pump type with a brush on top. The brush is really convenient and ensures even distribution. Before doing a strand test, I brushed my hair out and shook the bottle well. I checked the strand test every 5 minutes; 25 minutes got desired results. I applied product on unwashed hair. . I shampooed, conditioned and styled afterwards. My hair looks and feels soft and healthy. I appreciate that this product has almost no smell. It was easy to wash of my skin. My hair is thick and just below my shoulders; one bottle was plenty. I have about 1/4 of the bottle left and, since this product does not contain the usual chemicals, it’s safe to keep the remainder for touch ups.

1.) This Brush is a waste of time. The one you sent me wasn't pumping properly nor barely pulling any dye to the brush. It took forever for me to get the dye because you don't even make the brush with the ability to use it or NOT use it. I couldn't open the brush when the pump was having issues. 2.) This crud fried my hair. I followed it specifically by the directions but...even though it claims to be organic it literally dried my hair out WORSE than any reg product EVER did. My hair was hard to brush thru and fly away looking for well over a week even though I tried multiple conditioners. It felt like I bleached it or something. Hideous!!!! 3.) within under a week the roots are showing again. Big BOO to your product. Big BOO!!!!!!!

Color works well and easy to use and long lasting

Very easy to apply dispenser. The color has reddish tones though as opposed to golden blonde.

I never ordered this before so I was kind of a little bit confused when I got the hair color I will buy it again the color of my hair is just beautiful and shiny even though it wasn't quite the color that I wanted I would definitely know what to do next time but it's very simple to put on once you figure out what to do.. the directions are on the box there's no directions inside the box and that was a little bit confusing for me but I definitely would buy again I wanted something that was going to last longer than the other brands that I've been buying and washing out really early so it was constantly redoing my hair so I thought I would try this brand and so far so good.

The dispenser/applicator was difficult to use, especially when you are in the midst of dyeing your hair. Also, I don't know if I just needed to use more, (my hair is less than shoulder length) my hair is a light orange. I had light brown hair. I plan on using the purple shampoo to see if it helps. If not, I did buy 2 boxes. I would/could have given 4 but the applicator was exceeding difficult to use.

This stuff is crap. Worsted I have ever used. Made the biggest mess . I ended up throwing it in the trash.GUESS I won't be getting a refund either.I trashed it. I wasn't keeping that mess. Now they want it returned for my refund.
