I feel very secure with this tank my daughter owns a snake and and the cover of the tank is very sturdy and the body of the tank is thick and durable

I was sent wrong top part. Yried to contact the seller but NO luck. This is a terrible customer service. The top doesn't fit properly leaving a gap. When opening sliding glass door falls out. I bought this tank for my 10 year old son's turtle and now everytime hw wants to feed/play etc with his pet I have to worry if the glass sliding door will fall ot.This is terrible I'm upset

Using the tank for curly tail lizards. Works great. Easy to open to feed them. no escapes. And the access to run wires for the heater work well.

The front lid does not have the same design pattern as the bottom. I had to actually cut out corner of the front of the lid o both sides to make it fit. There are only grooves at the bottom to accommodate the sliding of two glass doors.

The screen top Pops up in the front at least an inch in clearance so any snake with half a brain will find its way out. The hole on the side of the tank doesn’t actually fit the plastic plug or it’s missing a piece but it’s basically worthless and doesn’t do anything

I haven’t bought this product, but if you didn’t know this is about a 10.5 gallon tank which is not a lot of room. My ball python needs at least 20 but even then it’s not enough for my big boy. Use a 40 gallon!:)

There's a huge hole in the tank with a plastic plug that's supposed to fit, but just falls out when you put it in. I waited too long and now I can't return this piece of junk. Don't buy the 20 gallon.
