Inconsistent
The back scratcher works as a back scratcher. How could it miss? The 2 purchased have different heights, depths and widths. Obviously if you have one you wouldn’t know, and unless I’m presenting 2 in a gift basket it wouldn’t matter. The one star came off because the hole for hanging is way off center on one. That one also needs a bit of sanding or the rough wooden edges will fray or rip a hanging cord. Still, I prefer these to the pale toned bamboo variety and I doubt the degree of inconsistency of the hand made items has any real consequence. They are nicely polished and handy items.

My wife's second best back scratcher... (Next to me.)
Sometimes a really simple product can fill a need, this is one of those times. Back scratchers have been around longer than me, which is a long time. LOL. The metal ones are too aggressive and can injure you, plastic ones seem to be cheap junk. This wooded back scratcher seems to split the difference. It scratches that itch without being dangerous and is far more durable than cheesy plastic versions. The curved shape seems to reach easier as well. My wife still prefers me to scatch her back, but this is a good number two. ;)

Broke immediately :(
It’s so nice! I got this for my husband for his birthday, and he loved it. He tried it out right away, and it broke. One of the little claws broke off. It’s still usable but is definitely a bummer.

Wonderful product!
I have used this almost daily since I got it and it was worth every penny. Not too heavy, long enough to reach the hardest places, and ergonomically useful. A must buy!
