Does this have brass fittings as per the heading or chrome fittings as per the detail in description. Also please confirm it's solid wood. Thank you

Fittings are whole brass but not best quality. Also sitting part is not made from one piece of wood, I know that becouse our is already broken in the middle. Except that it looks clean and it's worm.

what colour are the buffers, no views show seats "up." In my opinion on many seats I have seen these look awful, most grateful for any comments

Somebody said terracotta, I think that's quite a good approximation of the colour, I might say they are even the colour of drinking chocolate powder, but not quite! It's a tough one to find an exact description of the colour, but they are neither beige nor black, as some people have said. It's a really good solid toilet seat, well worth the more expensive cost than some other more plasticky looking ones. I'm very happy with mine and would recommend it.

who and how to I complain about this toilet seat been on only on 4 days a staiin has already started toi come off

No charge sent mine back was cracked via amazon

What is the size of the seat? is it: 43 x 6 x 36.5 or 38 x 7 x 48 cm as in the technical details? please measure the underside of the seat itself

Hi. On mine, the underside of seat itself, front to back 43cms, depth 6cms. side to side 37 cms, . To include the hinges and with the lid back the front to back measures 47cms . Hope this helps
