I couldn't be happier! My husband is like 6ft 3 and this poor man always had to tilt his head before installing this. NOW he loves showering even more! The amount of coverage 14 inch gives you compared to the 5inch round crappy thing we had is a huuuuuggggee difference! Super easy installation, adjustable height during install, and even a small cloth and wrench so you can tighten certain parts and not scratch a damn thing! 100000% worth every penny!Due to it being rainfall it literally does just that so if your looking for pressure, the handle sprayer DEFF has that! That jet pressure is absolutely insane! Like kinda scared me at first ngl I jumped lol and it also has other options like mist so also super happy with the handle sprayer.*it does not come with the wall holder, I purchased that separately.....my husband might be 6'3" but I'm only 5' and COULD reach the handle sprayer on tippy toes but didn't want the hassle

Plenty of pressure, easy install, great looking. The volume of water is great not like a normal rain shower head.

Huge fan of this new shower head. I was skeptical at first, but my wife insisted we give it a try. I like solid water pressure, and the idea of 'rainfall' was what made me hesitant. After enough research, I went for it with the Jcrob, and i couldn't be happier. So is my wife =) The water pressure is great, it was super easy to install, and the settings on the handheld are amazing. the handheld even has a 'powerwash' type setting which is perfect for washing the shower stall as well. Highly Recommended!

My wife and I love to stand under this showerhead, we can almost be under it together. :) it is extremely refreshing. the black color matches the rest of my hardware in the bathroom which is awesome. the cons: the wand doesn't have an option for a direct tight stream of water. This is the only issue real issue I have with the wand. Other than that it's awesome too. I've seen a video or two before i purchased this product of people stating they are having issues with the the arm holding the shower head upright. I can see their concerns. Mine has not fallen down but I did have the arm extender move one morning. there are little allen screws to tighten and hold in the arms in place but they are not holding well. I've tightened the very snuggly in the beginning and as I've seen the arms move I've gone back and tightened them extremely tight. they seem to be holding but I can tell it feels like it could give at any time. I hope I haven't wasted my money on this product, only time will tell.

It took me a while to find something that fits exactly my needs. I like that I can adjust the height and orientation of the rain shower head and that the system combine the wand, which is what I was mostly interested in. Both work great and have multiple settings. Bonus point to the jet options of the wand, great to clean up the shower.Additionally the price point is very good compared to other models.I recommend this product.

Love this shower head! The extra height the rain head provides it so nice. No more craving my neck to get in the stream of water! I don't personally use the hand held sprayer much but it is nice to have. Easy to install and works well I feel like the water pressure is the same as our old shower head even though this rain head is so much larger.

Have had it for a few months And it’s working great. Looks wonderful in our shower. Was very easy to install and is functioning well. We bought this because the handle attached to the main shower vs requiring additional installation for a separate mount. Highly recommend thus far.

Our old shower head was very clogged from it hard water and this option looked very appealing to me. I like having a handheld option. The one downside to this is that the water only sprays down, so in my bathtub shower combo, the water only reaches the front half of the tub. I don't think this is a problem, but it did take a bit of getting used to. The hand held until and rain head can be used at the same time, but it does diminish the pressure a bit to both units. I choose this unit because of the high pressure function in the hand held for blasting dirt off my tub. I'm very happy with this function. If you want a rain fall shower head this one is great. Good pressure and good functionality. It's also very adjustable.

Not even a month since it's been in use and the metal shield of the hose is broken. I asked for a replacement hose and what was the answer from the seller? "We are really sorry about that. Unfortunately, we have no stock for this product. We can not replace it." Not the answer one can expect from caring customer service.
