Unsealed packaging, evident scratches – likely a used product. Disappointing. Also non functioning product. Seller communication needed for resolution.

Worst item do not buy it
Out of 3 cables only 1 is working. In a car that is also not working.I got the order and requested for the replacement item but in new item also same issues. Not even worth it to pay for it.

I love these charging cables. The three USB types all together are so convenient, along with being retractable. I have purchased 6 of them so far! Excellent product.

5/5 for concept2/5 for reliabilityI’ve used this set of cables for a month now and I found it very convenient for my frequent flying for work. Taking this rather than separate 3 cables made my hand luggage a lot more comfortable and organised to use. It seemed to be decent quality, didn’t feel cheap or lacking anything, it could even charge devices at the same time just slower. Only thing I did notice it did run a bit hot..However on my latest on latest trip I found that my IPhone wouldn’t charge, yet charging using the micro usb and usbC worked just fine. I’m not sure if I had a defective product but it was a real shame as this really made a big difference to me..-EDIT-Seller has contacted me and offered a full refund for the faulty cable. I have increased my rating from 3 to 4/5.

You can charge up to three devices on one cord
Cord gets stuck when you try to pull it out from the spool and retract it back

Easy to use
Bought for my wife who keeps tangling charge leads up. Easy to use, could do with being 1.5 to 2m long but this was the longest i could find and works really well.
