Bought a set of screwdrivers first and became hooked on Wiha. Not a professional person but would do more than average D.I.Y. Again quality is very evident to the touch and feels good in the hand. Highly recommend. Once again Amazon came up the cheapest after much research. Keep and eye on the price, goes up and down like a yoyo.

I bought these for my husband and he loved them. He has other tools from wiha and loves them too. I looked on line before I bought this make and they had great reviews.

Ok so they have arrived today, opened them up and they are good, but immediately I could feel and notice they are not like Knipex (which I had, and my dad had used as a professional electrician and engineer). So it does not say the "Made in Germany" anywhere and after a bit of research using the codes on the box found out they are actually made in Vietnam!! No offense to them but it does show. Wiha do make some of their rangde of tools in Germany, but not their pliers range. So I do not know, they are good and cheaper but will still go ahead and order the Knipex or the Vampire (Japan), as these ones are just your average set. Definitely not German and not from German steel.

After 3 months the side cutters broke. Avoid !

Wenn du viel mit Kabeln zu tun hast (wie beim Abmanteln von NYM-Leitungen oder Abisolieren von Adern), wirst du das Set früher oder Later noch durch ein gutes Entmantelungswerkzeug (z. B. Jokari) oder eine automatische Abisolierzange ergänzen wollen. Für das Greifen, Biegen und Schneiden bist du hiermit aber bereits auf Profi-Niveau ausgestattet. Wenn der Preis bei Amazon gerade passt, machst du mit dem Set absolut nichts falsch – das ist Werkzeug, das bei guter Pflege viele Jahre hält.
