I love this migraine cap. I’m not entirely sure what to say about it. I’ve used it on my head for migraines, to make my eyes less puffy after crying, and to cool down in the summer heat. It chills nicely and quickly and it’s a nice weight to apply just enough pressure when you have a migraine. I’ve also put it on my knee when I tweaked it simply because the weight allowed it to stay put. This item is top tier quality at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder it. Oh, and, I’ve got a small head but hubby has a big head and it fits us both without being loose or too tight.

We can’t live without these. They don’t stay cold for an extremely long time, so it’s good to buy a few to keep in the freezer for backups.

Then I bought this and it cools my face and neck and it doesn burn your face it you take it straight from the freezer and helps with the pain. I have literally put this on and fell asleep because it helps me so much. It does seem durable and will last for a long time. I noticed a small smell when I first opened it but that has gone away since. Great for any age.
