These are great! They taste good and they work. It takes some time though. So I’d take it a couple of hours before bed but that’s just me. I will repurchase though because they work well and they’re by the same company that makes sleep pastilles that work well for me too; these will not make you drowsy the next day like other over the counter sleep meds or too much melatonin. This just has the right amount of melatonin.

I totally love it! There only 1mg of melatonin, so you wake up well rested and not drowsy. I'm taking 1 gummy during weekdays and 2 on weekends. I recommended it to my friends, they also love it. Great product and taste good.

My husband and I bought the Bach RESCUE PLUS Sleep & Stress Support Gummies and we both LOVE them!! This is bar far the best Amazon supplement purchase ever!! My husband and I use to have trouble sleeping and these gummies are a game changer. We take two gummies before bed, we fall asleep easily, and when we get up to use the restroom in the middle of the night we go right back to sleep. We told some friends about these gummies (our friends Luke and Debbie here in San Diego) and they LOVE the sleep gummies as well. They are both REALLY amazed at how well this product works!I have tried buying a ton of supplements off of Amazon trying to get rid of a 13 year old cough and have had no luck. I have NEVER had good luck with a supplement like these sleep gummies. I would give these sleep gummies 10 stars if that was an option. I highly suggest that you try them. They have made such a huge difference in our lives.I wish they cost a little less since my husband and I are both taking them (two per night), but nowadays everything seems expensive to me.
