I find this to be another great product from Gaia.These drops are very easy to take. I placed them in a few ounces of water and drank it. There is a slight bitterness still, but mild.

I really like Gaia herb company and think they make good products. This one should have been in capsules or something. The taste is not great and they recommend taking it 3-4 times a day….I don’t want to now, lol. I might do it here and there, but not a fan of taste, but know that it probably will be helping my body.

When one thinks of immune supporting supplements, astralagus, echinicea, and elderberry are usually what come to mind. This unique formula is the only one I have ever seen which uses schisandra in it, in combination with astralagus.I love taking schisandra as a supplement-as one, it is tasty. It is known in Asian cultures as the "five flavor" berry, with sweet, salty, bitter, savory, and tangy notes. And two, helloooo, it has beauty benefits. Taking this supplement makes my skin look at least 5-10 years younger. So the fact it is in here is a bonus. I took this two days in the row at the start of a sniffle and it took care of it stat. I did not get sick.I took off one star for not being organic, which is what I used to prize Gaia brand on (what's with the rebrand of "Pro"?) It's still just as expensive, but not organic? Do better Gaia.
