Great clippers
What a pleasant surprise these were. They are sharp, precise and just work really well. I've been looking for a more affordable alternative to the very well known God hand ones. These are a great alternative. They have been excellent for cutting parts off sprews as you can cut super close and they leave almost no cleanup and no stress marks in the plastic. With all single blade clippers, I imagine they will wear down and possibly break at a faster rate than a two blade pair. So part of the durability will be down the user care. So far though these have been great and I don't use them for cutting through thicker plastic as that will almost certainly break the very fine tip. I would definitely recommend these for model makers.

Worth a punt.
Amazing little pair of nippers. I have been modelling for 20+ years, tried and had as many side cutters as I could get my hands on. These are by far the best I've had, comfortable and cut really well. I model airfix and games workshop miniatures, clean cutting with very little effort.Worth a punt.

Budget cutter that works!
I've been using this cutter for 4 months now, and I've built two models with it. I found it to be a good alternative to the Army Painter cutter, which was too harsh for my needs.⭐️ Pros:- Very reasonably priced.- Slices through plastic with an almost perfect cut.- Fits well in my medium-sized hands.⚠️ Cons:- Should not be used on thick plastics (e.g., anything thicker than 2mm).- The cutting blade is very thin, so take care when using it. I recommend using it at a slight angle to avoid bending the plastic.- Build quality is okay, not perfect. The handle feels a bit flimsy, but for the price, it's acceptable. Conclusion:I've built two models using this cutter, and it's still working as intended. I have noticed a slight degradation in cutting performance, which is why I only use it on small parts. Honestly, for the price, you can buy a few compared to the expensive ones! If you're looking for an affordable cutter for fine-scale models, this is a great option!

Precision that puts many of the others to shame
I've recently bought several pairs of flush cutters similar to this so that I can compare them all and send back all but the best pair for a refund. I'm an electronics hobbyist.I didn't actually know that side cutters for Airfix models were a thing. So I bought these expecting them perhaps to be made from flimsy steel or to have some other obvious design characteristic which made them unsuitable for cutting copper wire. But I really can't see any reason why they should not survive a long time cutting copper. The blades are hard, the copper is soft: what am I missing? The product description is very clear that you shouldn't cut metal with them, and restates this several times but I think they are going to be ideal and it's a risk I'm prepared to take as their precision and manufacturing tolerance appears to be significantly better than the other brands I've been looking at such as Wiha, Knipex, Klein. Most of the cutters I bought for this test have issues with the cutting edges overlapping rather than meeting precisely along their edges. These do not: they are absolutely precisely lined up, and there is only a tiny, almost imperceptible, amount of wobble in the pivot.Furthermore these are the only pair of off the 7 or so which have an adjustment screw for limiting the jaw closure -- so you can set the edges to touch as closely as you wish. This is a great feature and gives you confidence that you're not going to apply pressure that may damage the edges, as in the case of some models which are set during manufacturing to close too much and hence this causes them to bypass each other and become badly unaligned. So in summary then, these are amazingly sharp, precise, and a joy to use. I'll update if I have anything new to report after using them for a while.

Lovely
I'm new to model building and not sure how long I will be into it.This is the 3rd pair I've had. 1st I had for something else 2nd not good. 3rd well.... brilliant the cut so nicely. Cut not clamp. The are small and nice and pointy which helps with the daft small bits. They are nice to holdThe price was ok.

Great Nippers For Your Model and Gundam Building !!
Great nippers, comparable to "God Hands" if you know what that is. I am an experienced Gundam and model builder, and I have used a lot of nippers from different brands, this one sits quite high up on my preferred list. The blade is sharp and it stays sharp. Nippers come with a protective sleeve to cover the blade and you could always use the sliding case to protect the entire nippers. The nippers also come with a spare spring should you desire to change the tension yourself. Great nippers and I can strongly recommend it. Hope you will find this review useful.

Disappointing Quality Nippers
Unfortunately, despite these Stedi nippers looking the part, the first time using them to build my first gunpla model resulted in them breaking apart. I didn't use them to cut any large sprue and no excessive force was used, so I can only assume this might have been a defect in the nippers themselves or a weakness in the metal of the blade end. Left feeling disappointed as I bought these back in March and have only just been able to use them now, so likely no chance of a return. It doesn't look like this is the first time someone has had this issue with these nippers also, which is a real shame, so buyers beware.
