Excellent in Work Wagon
I have a full on "Work Wagon" trailer. I use these for the drawers of my tool bench/box. They work excellent for not only keeping my tools from sliding around they also hold down the drawer liners. Notice the multi screw drivers (in pic) with Aluminum sleeves. The magnetic field is strong enough to pass through the Al sleeve and reach the ferrous metal bit inside and hold them in place. The same goes for insulated handles. I don't know about hanging tools vertically with them. I highly doubt there is a magnetic tool holder on the market that's going to hold up to the bouncing and rocking of a trailer. So I wouldn't bother. But horizontally they are a win. They are not going to work for thicker tools in really shallow drawers. Since they are pretty thick themselves. But for holding small parts like punches (see pic) in shallow drawers they are excellent. They don't slide or fall off, they stay right in place. Keep in mind they are not one solid magnet. They have multiple magnets inside so your smaller tools, even screw driver stems, will want to slightly shift to one side or the other to get the best contact. But it's a minor thing and you won't notice for things like plyers. Overall I'm very happy with these. Only wish they made different sizes.

Great Tool Holder
I mounted two sets of these (2 come in a set) so a total of 4. I stuck them on a wall control metal pegboard. The holder bars are very secure on the metal pegboard. The tools hold decently, but the magnets sometimes twist the tools (notice the pliers on the top bar with the weird angles). Overall, I love these and they work great.

Magnets are not very strong
The magnets are not very strong- will hold sockets or small hand tools, but not larger tools. For reference, the magnet can just barely hold on to a 17mm combination wrench, and the wrench gradually slides down under its own weight. It cannot hold a ratcheting screwdriver without sliding down either. I like the flexibility and aesthetic, it's just not for all applications. Probably best for stationary uses and not anything that moves (I wanted to mount this to my mobile tool cart, but I'm pretty sure sudden movement might drop the tools). Also- the entire bar is not magnetic, there are four internal magnets with small dead spaces between them.

Very weak magnets
Totally suck. I guess they work fine in a drawer to keep your tools from sliding around. But I got these to attach to the side of a metal work table and store some some pliers and things I need allow but are in my way when not being used. Pliers slid right off the magnets unless I held the pliers against the magnet , rotated the pliers around in a circle and found the just right spot for the magnets to hold. If I just slapped the pliers on there the pliers then fell right off.

Good organizer for small tools
These magnetic strips work great on our metal tool cabinet. We use them to organize screw drivers and pliers. We bought a 3rd set because they're so useful

Eh, it's alright
It works, but magnets are a little on the weak side of things. If you hang anything abrasive, the material may give you hard time and begin to come apart. Items seem to come off relatively easy compared to competitor items, so there you have it, guys.

Solution to a lack of space problem
We have a professional level pizza knife/cutter that never really fit anywhere. Seems like wherever we put it, it was always in the way. I use magnetic bars to put things on the side of toolbox’s and gun safes and I know there are magnets some use for kitchen knives. So I started checking items on Amazon and found these magnetic bars. They’re packaged well, attractive and very strong! They have a non-scratch coating on both sides that protects the item and whatever you put it on. Our space problem solved by putting the pizza knife on the side of a fridge. These magnets hold very securely. 5 Stars

WEAK MAGNETS
I really need something to hold tools in the garage that is also magnetic. These do not hold anything well. You can see the saw is bringing the magnetic down. This magnet is great to hold my son's artwork and THAT IS IT. These are not as advertised. They do not hold that much weight. Save your money.

10/10. They work well.
Very magnetic. If used correctly they’ll even hold screwdrivers on in a mobile van. And I drive pretty harsh lol. They’re pretty heavy, with a good amount of foam cushion to prevent marking or damage.
