These beans are very clean and delicious. I didn’t have to remove any debris from the beans. I use them for bean soup. I’m so glad I found them. Bean soup just isn’t as good when it’s made with Great Northern beans; navy beans are much smaller and more flavorful. I soaked them overnight and made the soup in a pressure cooker. It took 30 minutes for it to cook.
