One other object that I bought very ligh very handy easy to hook up. Unluckily this is one of the other stuff that I didn't really need after all. Looks very new out the box only had it for 5 10 min and had it refound.

Speaker Feedback Fix. Works great.
Several people said it had bad speaker feedback and it did. The solution was in the VCR settings.Just set it for Mono and it works great.Im happy with it. Great price.

Works OK with older systems
Bought this to allow WII to function on newer TV. Lets us see the older games like they were when we had the older TV and the Wii was fresh out of the box.

New tv. Tried the antenna input then av input (this tv needs a 3.5mm to av adapter and av cables) neither worked with my Nintendo. Bought this av to hdmi adapter and now have nes on big screen. For powering the box you need to plug in to a USB port. My power strip has USB ports. As long as it lasts awhile I'll be pleased

Fast Forward/Reverse is Only 10 Seconds!!!
This little device would have solved every need for playing my personal collection of movies and shows, EXCEPT for one VERY GLARING ISSUE. All you can fast forward or reverse at one time, is 10 seconds with each push of the corresponding remote button. It will not continue by holding down either button as stated in the product description or manual. This is a deal-breaker for me!The device does everything else perfectly, including playing virtually every file format I threw at it with no flicker or hiccups like some other hardware players do. If they can fix this one issue, it would be an awesome piece of hardware for anyone trying to play their personal libraries of ripped movies, TV episodes, or music. Unfortunately, until the fast forward/reverse issue is resolved, I'll be using a Fire Cube Gen 3 and attached hard drive library output to my Samsung Smart TV. This will be returned for not holding true to the fast forward/reverse statement in the product description of their Amazon post.
