It works just as well as my cimilre wall plug pump does but thankfully the flanges come with the inserts so it worked so much better and because it has the white soft rings around it too made it so comfy! Never a better experience using a pump that’s portable.

I purchased these flange replacements for my Phanpy pump. The original flanges were size 24mm with 20mm insert. So I just purchased the size 20. Made sense at first until they shorted my supply.My output was only 3 on left side and 5 Oz on the right 👎🏾. I went to get the original flanges that are falling apart and pumped with them and I pumped a total of 14 Oz … so the new flanges shorted me 6 Oz

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The nipple tunnel is so short it is essentially unusable. It hurts like hell and it basically makes my nipple mushroom past it causing extreme pain and nipple damage. Do not use these. I love my phanpy e shine and the flanges it came with and the 20mm insert were much longer.
