The media could not be loaded. Oh. My. Gosh. I have already used this on myself and three family members. It came fully charged, which is always a plus. I've used it on three family members already after I got my ears squeaky clean. No pain at all, and the camera even detects when you're close to the eardrum, which is awesome! It's also easy to clean between uses. I am amazed at how well it works. The camera quality is clear, and the tool is gentle but effective.My only complaint is that the silicone cover tore a bit after one use, and I wish it came with more replacements. But it also works great without the cover; you have to be more gentle.Overall, I am SUPER happy with this purchase for the price point. Enjoy a video of me using this on a family member with awesome results (They requested that I include that this ear has a bone protrusion where wax was accumulating; the other ear did not look this bad).

This thing is badass its crazy seeing inside your own ear surprisingly my ears were pretty clean but its you can see good inside nice clear live video as you clean your ear

This device is absolutely amazing and the image quality is top notch. It is easy to set up in the app and connect. Our ear cleaning process has became a pleasant experience and the whole family takes part in watching and cleaning each other's ears. I would highly recommend.

I will say, this ear cleaner has been very beneficial. It has allowed me to view and remove multiple obstructions that were affecting my hearing.That being said, the system disconnects often. You might find yourself having to reconnect the system multiple times during use. It functions without disconnecting about 1% of the time.Other than that, its very easy to use once you get the hang of viewing the camera in the app and learning how to turn it and adjust the angle properly. It does contain an ear drum sensor, but i wouldn’t trust it. Don't go that deep. Doesn’t seem to function too well and thinks everything is the ear drum. I guess over protective is safer than under protective. Safe enough.Over all, good product and helpful too. Just be careful.

I'm the sick, twisted person that watches Dr. Pimple Popper.videos, so this was interesting. It was interesting seeing what's in my ears. The app sees the little pen thingie as a wifi source and then you connect to it on your phone. You can record quite long videos, too. I dropped coffee on it and it quit for a while. I let it dry out for few weeks, charged it l, a d it surprisingly still works. Not the norm,.I know and don't expect that. One of the few foreign made products that I'm actually very happy with. The price wasn't bad, either. Charges w my C-type charger and stays charged for a few days of an hour or longer of use. I use it as a magnifying tool to find wood splinters so I can pull them out and the little light is handy for small things I can't see very well. For cleaning, you can wipe it off with some rubbing alcohol or similar. If the tip bends down, it bends right back up.

My husband thought he had something in his ear. We ordered this.It came the same day. Turns out he did it was a piece of q tip. This thing definitely works.
