Was yed a headset that for work that is easy to travel with when I go off site. Very comfortable since it doesn't go in your ears. They are also easy to clean. If they aren't on correctly the sound gets sort of distorted.

My BF talked me into buying these since I’m on the phone a lot for work. I had already returned a different set as they didn’t keep a charge or connect correctly for calls so I had low expectations. These are great. I hear and am heard well on calls, these last all day before a charge and are comfortable. I recommend. They are not noise canceling but they don’t claim to be.

I was pleasantly surprised that the bone conduction aspect of these worked so well. Having sound come through bone conduction is a blessing as it allows you to remain aware of your surroundings if you need to.I've used it on morning walks and can still hear the birds calling over my Audible book. It handles wetness well, and the control for volume is easy to feel and use. I haven't used it for calling yet, so I can't speak to that.

The volume is not very high and the quality is not there!Not high enough volume, not good quality 😞

I was very excited to get these at first they worked ok. the sound quaility isn't great but co workers heard me fine in video calls and so did my agents and the callers. there was ALOT of uncomfortable vibrating that hurt my ears. once the return time frame was over and I DO MEAN the DAY they stopped working. tried to reach out to company for warenty but no responce. HORRIBLE

Very good support resolving bluetooth issue

This thing was difficult to connect. Once it did connect the sound was pretty good, however it kept dropping the audio. The stop button worked but no sound. I would have to hit the volume up button a couple of times until the volume was maxed out then the audio would start working for a couple of minutes. then stop again. Press the volume button a couple of times and the sound comes back. Useless POSI am utterly disappointed with this purchase

Lo compré y llegó a tiempo, lo conecté al cargador de mi Laptop, que es USB-C, y ni siquiera prendió el LED. Lo conecté a un cargador de otra computadora con el cable provisto (USB-B a USB-C) y el LED sí prendió pero lo dejé cargando 12 horas y nunca prendió. ESO NO ES LO PEOR. Pedí la devolución y tenía que tramitarla dentro de 24 horas: como no tuve tiempo de depositar el producto en DHL ese día, perdí todo mi dinero y me quedé con un aparatejo que no sirve ni de pisapapeles.

Al tercer uso dejo de conectarse vía Bluetooth , lo intente con el iPhone, iPad, iPod, bocina Bosé , bocina LG, laptop y con ninguno se pudo ! Esa bonito, creo a el material se puede romper fácilmente , entiendo sea un poco rígido para q apriete en la sien y tenga mas contacto pero si se dobla un poco más hay riesgo de romperse !

Bought these for cycling and they are great to Sweat in. They fit well behind my ears and along hair line at the back of the neck. They simply do not fall off during exercise. Using them with ear plugs is perfect as the sound quality is enhanced.Excellent value and quality for its price!!Had an issue with battery not charging and reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and offered to send a replacement. Amazing!!

Easy setup, connection and use. Kinda flimsy power cover, but blue tooth connectivity was simple. At the price I would probably buy again, but I may find something with a bit more battery life.
