The Most Charming Non Alcoholic Aperitif
From the very first sip, this little bottle of Pentire Bora Coastal Spritz completely stole my heart. It feels like the kind of treat you want to wrap in a bow and share with your favorite people. The moment I opened it, the scent alone felt like a warm invitation. There is something so captivating about the way the blood orange rises first, bright and juicy, followed by a soft floral whisper from the wild rose. Then the rosemary slips in with a gentle herbal shimmer that makes the whole experience feel almost poetic. The dark wood note settles everything with a smooth, grounding finish that lingers in the most gorgeous way. I enjoyed mine just slightly over ice, and it was perfection. Chilled enough to feel refreshing, yet still full enough to let every layer of flavor unfold slowly. It has this beautiful balance of citrus, bloom, and earth that tastes both familiar and completely new. During the holidays, it feels especially thoughtful to offer something special for friends who may be expecting or simply choosing not to drink. This gave everyone at my gathering a chance to enjoy something celebratory and elevated, without feeling like they were missing out. I truly love this product. It is flavorful, elegant, and crafted with such intention. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a non alcoholic aperitif that still feels indulgent and festive.

Tastes the most like real alcohol of the NA spirits I've tried so far
We've been dabbling in NA spirits for the last week or so, after a health scare has us getting a bit more responsible with our alcohol consumption. This is by far one of the best options we've tried. Sipping straight, it is the only one so far that is actually pretty good! Kind of reminds me of plum/prune, though that is not an ingredient. That's just me sipping out of the measuring shot, and not putting in a rocks glass over ice, I have not done that. Since we are looking to replace alcohol, a drink that lasts for a bit is important. Also the process of mixing a drink is sort of part of the fun for me, but sometimes I don't want the hassle of measuring, shaking, straining, etc. This is very satisfying in a wine glass with a couple ounces of the Pentire Aperitif over ice, with 2-3 oz of lime sparkling seltzer. Too lazy to even squeeze a lime but that would be good. Also had this same drink with muddled strawberry, and also with an orange wheel gently squeezed and dropped in. All were quite good, and more importantly satisfyingly felt like I was having a "real" drink. Cheers!

My favorite non-alcoholic spirit, delightful with tonic water!
I have tried and liked the Pentire Adrift in the past, so when I saw this I decided to try it -and I'm so happy I did! It is wonderfully nuanced and herbaceous, but the orange add just a hint of sweetness. I've tried it with tonic and both a bay leaf and an orange slice, and it's wonderful either way. Go with the orange if you like a sweeter drink. There are so many delightful herbal notes that I don't miss the alcohol. And you can use less than the recipe calls for to provide a lighter flavor as well. Keep making fantastic products, Pentire!

Disappointing.
I'd read good things about this particular mix, but unfortunately I found it to be quite disappointing, personally. I wasn't expecting it to taste like an alcoholic mixer at all, but I was still expecting some degree of complexity to the flavor profile for the price. Unfortunately all I can really taste is the orange flavor with a slight hint of bitterness behind it. It was improved by mixing some lime seltzer water and rhubarb bitters in, but only so much, and for the price I really expected it to taste like more than slightly fancy blood orange soda. I cannot recommend, and I will not be purchasing it again.

Nice aperol alternative
A pleasant surprise after trying several non alcoholic concoctions. A passable substitute for aperol. A little tweaking and it will be a dead ringer for aperol.

Very expensive juice with mild flavor
Okay, I'll grant you that this is an okay Aperitif (therefore 3 stars). It has a nice mouthfeel, just a touch sweet with a very mild flavor of bitter cherry and a hind of dry wood at the end. I do not taste the orange, and I am not sure what "sea rosemary" is. Would I buy it again? Absolutely not. Far to expensive for what it is. Will I throw it out? No. Nothing objectionable here. Just not impressive. Its flavors would not stand up to mixing with anything else.

i suggest 2X per person
delicious, this bottle lasts me about three days of nipping once I crack the seal. I suggest purchasing at least two bottles per person, per each pre-chilled rap session.

Awful!
This should be the first introduction to 'alcohol' for every child. I can guarantee they will never want to drink again! The taste was bitter and rancid, leaving a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. I mixed it with club soda, a splash of orange juice and added a slice of orange. My husband tried it too and couldn’t believe I wasted money on this product.
