My 9 year old has taken into collecting yoyos, so he really wanted to me to get this one for his when we were looking through Amazon. He's also learned quite a few skill based tricks like the DNA, Eli Hops and the Mach 5. That being said, his elitisms has led him to think this yoyo is trash. However, as a 90's kid who can still bust out some basic tricks, I don't find this yoyo to be of inferior quality. I am able to use it and do the very few tricks I know without problem. Definitely a yoyo for beginners, but probably not one for kids like my 9 year old that think they could win a talent show with the tricks they know. For the price point, and for what's included in the package, I think it's a decent purchase.What I liked:- Decent quality for its price point- Extra strings to replace the knotted ones- Glove for finger tricks (DNA)- Storage bag is neat, but we already lost itWhat my 9 year old didn’t like:- Inferior quality a pro wouldn't be caught usingTL;DR:4 STARS - I like it. This yoyo is good if you're just starting out with yoyos as it can do all the basic tricks like walk the dog, rock the baby, etc. However it's not really good for looping because it tends to stall at the end of the string when looping. For a looping yoyo, as soon as you throw it forward, when it hits the end of the string it should come immediately back. This yoyo stalls at the end of the string for just a little bit which can throw off your looping quite a bit. I suspect this has to do with the gap width of the yoyo. If the gap width were just a little bit smaller, then this issue would be solved.Overall, this is good for the beginner yoyoer, not for the beginner looper (or if you know yoyo terminology, a beginner 2A player).

This is a great yoyo. I've found it to be lots of fun, and much easier to use than better known brands or the wooden yoyos that I grew up with in the 90s. It's a great yoyo for beginners, and I can do many of the tricks that I used to do!

This is a perfect yoyo for a beginner, or a young kid. It is responsive so it's designed more for tricks that you don't have to sleep the yoyo for a long time. This does sleep, but I wouldn't do much more than walk the dog or rock the cradle with it. It returns quickly and easily and has a very sturdy feel to it. It also comes with an assortment of strings, and a yoyo glove (I haven't used it but you can). This would be a perfect gift for a kid wanting a better yoyo than you can pick up at your local big box retail stores.

My nephew really wanted this Yo-yo and it looked promising but it broke as soon as he pulled the string out. Unfortunately we were unable to salvage it. Best to save your money on this one.

Le roulement à bille est de mauvaise qualité par conséquent le yoyo reste à peine 1 ou 2 secondes en bas, et encore je suis gentil, 1 seconde c'est vite dit.

It’s a good yo-yo. Nice and responsive. As a beginner I am able to get it to sleep easily and have been attempting to learn some tricks on it. My only complaint is that the instructions are not very clear on how to set it up. I suggest finding a YouTube video on how to properly put the string on. The bag is nice and the glove can fit a small adult hand.
