It's an ok hat. I don't think there's anything that makes this hat worth more than 3 stars. With the one I received, the black in-line bit isn't stitched in alignment so when you wear it, you can see it hanging out on my forehead a bit. I needed a hat for a very hot sunny holiday. It did the job. But I think I've had some that made me look better.

These Safari covers are made really well. I like the wider brim, keeps the sun off of you down to your shoulders, the air flow through the cover is noticeable, they adjust to your head size, they are light weight, too, I use them on 5 mile walks, in summer they pay for themselves many times over, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

As a skin cancer survivor it's so hard to find a good hat that provides adequate shade from the sun and also doesn't look like a complete clown. Especially as a man trying to find a sun shaded hat is incredibly challenging. In my personal opinion, this is by far one of the better options available. It folded up into my suitcase and came out without wrinkles and the shape was still intact. It's water repellent, it fit well, and it provided adequate shade from the sun. As wel it didn't look like something atrocious found in the "as seen on TV" sales bin..

I coach golf in AZ so I bought a few hats. Oh and I'm bald so... Like the title says, it's light, looks nice, keeps it's shape, has UV and plain sun protection, and it's a good deal. I like the multiple colors. I like that you can tighten the hat to fit. I don't like cords so I just cut it. It's totally fine. Would buy a few more.
