The overall product looked flimsy and had to return it.

I only used this a few times before I saw the crack in the kettle. I put it in the sink to wash it out and the whole bottom fell out. Passed the return window.

I took the kettle out of the box and I was struck with how beautiful it is from the gold know handle, the fluted glass to the golden handle. It steeped the tea perfectly and the handle stayed cool to the touch. The strainer is removable however, the lid does not fit without the strainer. While I can always pour the contents into a tea pot or use the tea kettle without the lid. For me the tea kettle would be perfect if the lid could be used without the the strainer.

Started to heat up some milk but noticed everything dripping out of the small hole in the bottom. The glass is too thin and broke within 2 weeks of using it.

This is a great looking teapot for stovetop. Totally love it.

I liked the striped that make it different ti those glass items that are plain. I liked the cover and the tea infuser, but I would've welcomed a second cover when you are taking out the infuser. All in all the perfect size for my needs.

Love this little pot. I can get 2 full cups of tea from it. Usually I will just add water to it and let it continue to steep after I have poured my tea. Love the ribbed glass.

I was super excited about this but so disappointed! I made tea once and it was great! The next day I made it again and it literally came apart! The round bottom just fell apart and all the tea spilled all over! The only good thing was it didn’t shatter into a million pieces of it would’ve been another nightmare.
