Love it. The small pump does not pump it ...
Love it. The small pump does not pump it all the way up so I found my larger pump and it worked great. I don't know how many times I have wanted to knock out my computer but remembered would have to replace so this lets me take out my frustration. Yay

Have it in the office and we all love it . Working in a retail store can be stressful ! And this is better that saying what is on your mind . Even the most timid associate will ask “ to use the ball “ and I gladly comply !

Easy to mount and take off surface
I love this punching ball. It attaches easily and securely and is easy to take off the surface. You have to watch that the ball does not unscrew from the spring, but otherwise it is a great stress reliever.
