Simple and effective. Attach it to the hose, spray it on and let it do its thing. The weeds start dying off and the grass responds well to the fertilizer, noticeably greener and healthier looking after a few applications. Easy to use and covers a good amount of ground without going through the bottle too fast. Does exactly what it says on the label. Solid product, would buy again.

I've never used this product before, but I'm glad I found it! My lawn had gotten so full of weeds, I decided to just kill everything with a broad-spectrum vegetation killer and start over. Waited until Fall, then sprayed the lawn, waited 2-3 weeks and sprayed it again to make sure everything was dead. Had to look at bare earth all winter, but it was for the best. This is where I messed up... In the spring, I tilled up the entire area and immediately put down some very expensive grass seed. I've since learned that it's best to till, wait a week or so for the weed seeds you just tilled up to sprout, then spray weed killer again to get rid of all the weeds before putting down grass seed. Having planted the grass seed right after tilling, the number of weeds that sprouted was insane. I didn't have a lawn, I had a huge patch of plantain, clover, Japanese clover, dollar weed, and crabgrass. Some of the grass grew, but it was mostly weeds. I've read a lot of reviews for grass seed that complain about nothing but weeds growing, but their description indicates that they did the same thing I did and planted right after tilling. Anyway... I found this product and followed directions to hopefully kill off the weeds. I knew that I was going to have a lot of bare spots (since I had so many weeds that had crowded out the grass), but I planned to over-seed this fall, anyway. The plantain, dollar weed, and clover started to die within 2 days and were completely gone within a week. The Japanese clover, however, took a while longer to start to die. I was starting to think that I was going to have to re-apply this or a different brand to kill it, but after almost 2 weeks it finally started to wither and has now died off. I do have a lot of areas that need to be re-seeded, but at least the weeds are under control and mostly gone. The crabgrass will have to be treated a different way since this product does not kill actively growing crabgrass, and I'm overseeding this fall so I can't use a pre-emergent next spring, either. The combination of fertilizer and weed killer is great, though, since crabgrass is opportunistic and grows when turf grass is not well-fed or maintained. Hopefully, ensuring the health of the lawn will help prevent crabgrass from taking hold next spring. I'm happy with the results, even though it took longer than I expected for some of the weeds. The biggest difficulty I had was keeping the dog off the treated area for a few days (the info on the bag says no pets/humans for 24 hours, but I erred on the side of caution and waited until it rained before letting her back on the treated area).

Didn’t kill my crab grass or clover but no dandelions and really great fertilizer.

I finally broke down and bought a weed killer. I raise several kinds of caterpillars on my property as well as attract bees of all kinds and praying mantis’ the last thing I wanted to do was harm or kill them, but my yard got so bad with weeds (3/4 acre) I tried hand pulling and vinegar, but there were too many to keep up . I used the spray twice once in April again in May. I saw some results in 48 hours, but then it seemed like nothing was happening. Once my yard was buzzing with insects. I couldn’t use anymore or I’d kill what I strive to save. So it’s now July and I took a look around and 90% of my weeds have finally disappeared. I have also kept up with hood fertilizer and watering.every bare patch is a party for weeds. So keep it filled with grass once the weeds are gone. Some of the weeds are popping back up on my neglected side yard and im afraid I’ll have to spray again, but I’ll spray at sunrise to keep from harming all my pollinators. And this time I know it’ll take a few weeks for full results. Of course now the crabgrass and nut weed are popping up like wildfire and I believe I’ll need a specific nut grass and crabgrass killer to take those pain in the as* weeds down. I wouldn’t mind the weeds so much, but eventually I’ll be selling my house and need to keep a nice clean lawn along with my 10 huge flower gardens if I want curb appeal. So if you’re worried about pollinators and we should be since without them . We will start losing all our food eventually. Without bees there’s no farms without farms there’s no food. So be careful, spray low to the ground and before the bees wake up as the sun comes up or you can do it at dusk when most bees are heading back home

Love this product - I always use it when areas need a touch up of new grass. Works great and the new grass stays growing. Secret to getting the seeds to take hold and the grass grows to look great - keep it watered and results are quick and wonderful!

Okay, especially for the price. However, the weed killer didn't work as well as I hoped though the fertilizer seemed to do well. For some reason the weed killer failed to kill any clover, which covers my lawn, and I noticed some other weeds it failed to kill also.

I've used this stuff a number of times and if you spread it on damp grass it absolutely smokes all the dandelions every time.

I buy this every year. Works great. If you can spread it yourself its perfect for you. Costs so much less than having a company do it for you. My yard looks great.
