Does not come with the black foam in the picture, so I couldn't install the micros reader.

Simple device worked upon install. Only knocked off one star because the “spring” mechanism is slightly different than OEM switch card reader, and just doesn’t want to latch the micro sd card 1/3 tries. Can’t say if I just got a bad one or if this is a design flaw as I was eager to pop it in, rather than analyze. While this isn’t a big deal, it is unfortunate since it’s such a delicate part in the long run—hence my need for replacement in the first place. But reasonable price and same-day shipping made it a solid, quick fix, when you heave the right “ifixit” style tools, anyway.
