Ineffective for arthritis
Took for 6 months. I don’t think they were effective in relieving my arthritis pain. Fresh avocado works better.

Plastic taste and a headache
I thought most ASU pills were the same, but I discovered that this is not true. My normal brand was out of stock, so I ordered these because they could be delivered the next day. First impression when taking a pill: these actually taste like plastic. Second impression from taking these pills: why do I have a headache every night? I believe there were more chemicals in this than my normal ASU pill, and I do not think my body liked them. Everyone is different, but I stopped taking these and tossed them and went back to my original ASU pill.

Llegó muy bien emoacado y muy rápido ahora solo falta ver los resultados, tomaba uno de otra marca es muy bueno para la artritis pero muy caro y ver este producto con los mismos ingredientes y las mismos gramajes, confío en que funcionará, llevo apenas dos tomas, veremos en unas semanas 🙏🏻😍
