does the job for travelling (for a while), but room for improvement.
following an operation, I need to sleep propped up. At home, I use an electric bed, but - supplemented by extra pillows - this does the job when travelling. I had no trouble inflating it using the ObboMed pump (bought separately), and deflating is relatively quick - stick the tail of the valve cover part way into the valve, and then squeeze/sit on the cushion. I needed to experiment a bit to find out what level of inflation worked best for me, but so far I have had no trouble with it deflating overnight, as long as I remember to properly insert the valve cover. When deflated, the pillow and the pump occupy very little room in my case. However, it would be better (for me) if (a) it was a bit wider, so I did not feel I was going to roll off it at night; (b) it held me up at a higher angle - double what it currently does, say; and, (c) it came with a removable, washable slip cover, preferably with a long tail for under my bottom so I was less likely to slip down during the course of the night. Point (c) is easy to address for myself, though.update after a couple more trips: after a time, it has developed a slow leak, deflating after a couple of hours' use. shame, as until then I had been happy with the pillow. dropped the rating from 4 to 3 stars. now I need to work out how to locate and fix the leak...

Fabulous pillow that will fit in my suitcase
Found this to be very comfy. The velvet keeps the pillows from sliding off. Will be great for my holidays.

Rather too small to be a great deal of use for reflux sufferers of average height
In many ways this is a good product, nicely made, though in a rather offputting surgical green. However, like all similar reflux wedges currently on the market, it is rather too short to be effective except for someone quite short. I'm of average height and I need a wedge that goes from my head to my waist, otherwise the tendency is to slide off quite quickly, which has the effect of compressing the stomach and thus accentuating reflux. It also suffers from having a sharp end that tails off too abruptly, when what is required as a more acute angle for comfort, otherwise, one simply has too much pressure on the kidney area. The only anti reflux wedges that have been long enough and tapered enough are unavailable (one was also cheap, like this, white and with a flock coating, but has disappeared; the other was the more expensive No Flux Wedge anti reflux pillow, which was a more heavyweight construction with a 'tailpiece' that extended from the wedge to stabilise it under the sleeper's behind. This gets advertised online, but my information is that production has ceased [...] I have long thought that a campaign is necessary by us reflux sufferers to get someone to produce an anti reflux portable inflatable wedge that would be robust and efficient. It wouldn't take a lot for the ObboMed HR-7510 to be adjusted to meet this spec.

The length is a bit short
I bought this pillow to use when away from home as I have bile reflux. I already use a foam reflux pillow at home but it was too big to take away. I tried this pillow last night. It stayed inflated ok and was wide enough for me, but it is about 9 inches shorter than my foam pillow so didn't support my back so well. However, it is better than having nothing and wasn't uncomfortable, so I will continue using it when away from home.

Brilliant!
I have a frozen shoulder and sleep on a wedge at home, i was going on holiday and needed to put one in my case, so I purchased this product, it easily inflated by mouth, easily deflated when it was time to come home, it was very comfortable in bed and I used it during the day on the sunbed. I was very pleased with this purchase 😀

Possible Design Fault
It is a pity that there appears to be a design fault in the wedge. I have had two of these and they worked well and were comfortable but on both occasions they developed a leak and were not usable. The second one also lost it's shape. Decided to buy a foam one instead but the inflatable ones held initial promise

Good Quality
I thought this was a bit expensive for what it was, but having had it for a few months now, I have changed my mind. It is strong, comfortable and stays inflated.I suffer from reflux at night and the use of this wedge with a pillow across the top of it has significantly improved the quality of my sleep. It's plenty wide enough for me (I am quite slim). If you are sleeping on your back, it only needs to be as wide as your shoulders. A standard sized pillow overhangs each side a little, but not much.

Portable but design could be better.
This is a. really useful item when travelling owing to light weight and ability to pack. Not sure it helps in getting a good nights sleep though, as although it raises the upper half of your body OK, it's too narrow to be able to turn over without falling off it. Significantly narrower than even a single bed.
