I have about 7 pairs of flyThe quality of these where poor and had different soles and bucklesDefinitely were not leatherIve included photos my real ones are on the leftIve sent the right pair back still waiting for my refund . Sent them back 11 days ago.

These are NOT genuine fly boots.Pictures show the difference between genuine and the boot that arrived.The sole is completely different.Made of different cheap materialThe buckles are differentThe material of the boot itself is not leather or certainly does not feel like quality leather.They are meant to be a size 4 and I couldn’t get my foot in them. My genuine fly boots I need a small insole.Terrible purchase.Hoping Amazon remove a large a supplier.At best these are seconds but it was not clear if this was the case. Returned immediately

I am really disappointed with these boots. I have a number of pairs of Fly boots and they are a good comfy fit but I could not even get my foot in these boot as the arch is so low! I'm not sure if I had a faulty pair or if this is how they are but I can't imagine they would fit many people. Also, I felt these may have been returned before as the boot I tired on was not in sealed plastic and the other one was. Maybe someone else had the same problem. I flagged this to Amazon in my return notes.

This kind Fly London boots used to wear for years. They used to be my favourite boots, one pair used to last almost for 3 years and I had no problems. Used to wear them in the snow, rain or sun.This pair I’ve been wearing just a week and…First time I wore them was alright, fit perfectly no problem, second time I went in rain for a bit a felt wetness, but of dampness, I thought that was imagining it. Today I went out, it was raining, in 20 minutes my feet were soaked.Very disappointed and disappointing as have no idea now, is it that just this pair having problem or all Fly London boots become useless?

they are smaller thatn usual, I have bought many of these boots size 8 and these are a 7.5. i had to take the sole out so they would fit. I cant be bothered sending them back but will not buy again. The bottom of the sole is a different design and the leather seems like a mediocre quality. Its odd. I suspect they are fake FLY's.

I returned these boots as I think they were 2nds. One of the insoles was loose already, the stitching & leather around the top of the sole was also not to the standard you would expect from Fly London. Very disapointed, ended up buying a pair from a local shop for far more money but the quality is much higher!

Although I am really happy with the boot - it looks good, they're comfy and fit really well - it's the customer service I found was amazing.I wanted the 'diesel' boot however the image looked more of a brown colour. We contacted them and they confirmed what I thought (more brown than diesel) so my husband didn't purchase. A few days later someone sent an email to my husband and said it was an incorrect photo and reattached an image of the boot in the diesel colour. So my husband purchased them for me for Christmas.I think that's above and beyond and I'm so happy they got in touch as I love the boot and the colour!

They arrived on time and packaged well. Bought a size bigger after reading the reviews as I wanted warm feet and double socks. Glad I did!! I'm a 6 usually but got a 7. I have worn them every day for the last couple of weeks and yes comfortable and warm. My rocket dogs my feet were frozen in but these are great. Yes a bit on the pricey side but u get what u pay for and I'm hoping they last me a good few years!!
