Love this. It’s comfortable and has multiple settings. It does get quite warm so I used it under a plush topper I purchased but otherwise works great.

I haven't used this heating pad much at all since my purchase in February, until recently -I have been unable to lay flat, so I put the pad on my 'chair and a half' recliner (same width as the table) and the temperature was inconsistent. I never leave it on, because the termperature would just get too hot on the 2 setting, so I would often turn it off after is got pretty heated up, but today I feel asleep while lying on the pad heating in the recliner (sometimes it automatically shuts off) so I've never used the timer... and when I woke and turned it off because it was too hot, that's when I got up and noticed the blanket had burned under my back and had melted to my chair. It wasn't just the one section, 9 lines of the wiring was burning through the blanket, it's just what was under my back had burned the hottest and did the damage. I was always told to only buy products with a UL listing because they are thoroughly tested and regulated...I think I've learned my lesson

Disapointed.. I tried it myself and there must be a defect. The center of the sheet is not even warming up!Heat is also not high enough even on level 3.. Not usefull

Used this every day for my clients, element went out and now doesn’t work not even a year old(10 months).

Is it a Heating Pad? No! I almost can't feel any heat! Waste of money!
