Amazing knife for its price
I've used this in restaurant settings for over a year now. I'm not very cautious or delicate with my knives. If they get dull, I can always sharpen. Having said that, I've only had to sharpen it once because I didn't like it out of the box. After hours of use it does get a little dull but 3 seconds of honing gets it sharp enough it can slice tomato skin with ease. I do have sharper and more expensive knives, but this knife is definitely my go-to knife for 2 reasons. It does the job most of the time and it's reeeeaaaaally low maintenance compared to my other knives. Grip&balance are okay. It's easy to clean. The weight is on the lighter side.

Good knife but needs thinning
The knife feels good and balanced but it should be thinned. The choil is thick right until 1-2mm as the edge tapers. As is, the edge was sharp but I spent hours thinning it.For the price, it's decent since these are just stamped. I'd recommend the 210mm Narihira instead (friend has one for comparison) since the blade is thin as expected.

Good knife for the money
I received my knife today. It is well balanced and it is fairly sharp. I used it to cut up some onion and bell pepper and it worked well.I was thinking about purchasing another 10 inch chef knife, but I am going to wait a while. I think that the Fuji Marujita is a good value for the money. The fit and finish are pretty good. There were some scratch's on the bolster, but no big deal.

Great value
I purchased this based upon recommendations on the chefknives subreddit. This knife is apparently made by the same manufacturer as the Tojiro DP, which sells for $85 these days. My knife was not razor-sharp out of the box, but it took an edge quickly on my water stones. The fit and finish was solid. Some compromise is expected at this price point. Qualifying that, I recommend it over anything else I've seen in this price range.
