Over all liked using these! I got it to work on adding a patch to a vest. Because it’s plastic it does fill a bit flimsy but over all gets the job done.

These items are a good value for the cost and quite durable.The thickness of these items is just right and helps the fabric retention to stay put while working on different projects.These items are easy to use and fit well over different projects.The color and appearance are very neutral and are very sturdy.

I'm mixed.Cons: the hoops are kind of flimsy. Not enough to be a deal breaker, but I would've spent my money on something stronger. I do wonder if over time the outer hoops will snap, especially the bigger ones. The screw is annoying to be honest, the nut comes off really easily and sometimes I have to try hard to hold the hoop, fabric, and closure in the right way for it to work. Also it's plastic, the color (and my lack of reading comprehension) made me mistake this for wood which I would've preferred.Pros: size variety is great. It's light, and once you get the hoop on, the fabric stays in place for me. I've only used the small sizes so far. It's cheap so if you just need the sizes and some good enough hoops I say go for it.

The ridge on the inside of the hoops works really well to grip the fabric. Much better than any other plastic hoop I've used.

I like that this set comes with six different sizes as previously I only had a hoop that was too big for my project or one too small. This has 6 different sizes making it really easy to pick a hoop that will work for my project at a good price - at my local craft shop it would cost me more for 2 hoops as this whole set cost. They also tighten easily and hold the aida well.My only issue was there was a sharpish raised bit on one of the hoops but I smoothed it out easily with a nail file.
