A bit hard to be able to say how effective a supplement is due to all the other potential factors that come into play. However, I've now used this for two prolonged periods & about 2 or 2 weeks into each use, I become aware that my arthritic hip is easing. I ran out the first time & a few weeks later, hip pain was back. I've stocked up now & my hip is lots better again. I'm so glad because I was using glucosamine sulphate, which had miraculous results for years, but over the last year, my hip pain was coming back. I'm now on both & pretty pain-free even in winter.

I bought these for my daughter who had the beginnings of arthritis. Immediately her symptoms improved. I am now ordering some for myself.
