Waste of money and worst customer service
⭐ 1 Star – Defective Product & Poor Customer Support The iron box had power issues from the very first use and started overheating in the second use, which ended up damaging my saree. I have used many iron boxes before and know how to operate them correctly, so this was clearly a product defect. I raised multiple complaints and was repeatedly promised a resolution, but nobody followed up. I was asked to wait, fill forms, and provide details several times, yet no action was taken. When customer care finally contacted me, they denied the warranty claim despite the product listing mentioning a 2-year warranty and instead tried to explain how to use the iron. Very disappointing product quality and even worse after-sales service. Wasted my money, time, and a good saree. Would not recommend.
