Could you please let me know the length (cm) of the each of the liners?

approximately 84 inches - 214 cm from end to end but need to allow turn back to attach to cot. The velcro is approximately 20 inches-51 cm so allows for plenty of fold back and to fit different sizes. hope this helpssorry for delay in replying..

Does this fit the ikea sniglar cot 120x60cm?

Yes, it will. I've used it on 3 different cots, 2 of them IKEA. You'll probably have a section overlapping as its in 2 parts.

Does it fit 140x70 cot bed?

I think it's universal as it fits my 60 x 120 cot with a lot to spare, so I've folded it back over itself. My cot is 4 sided and the bumper comes in 2 pieces, one long & one shorter for the 4th side, so you could just use the long piece if your cotbed is 3 sided? It's very pretty to look at:-)
