It works
There isn't much to say about a charger. It works. My voltmeter says its 26V which from my experience with electronics, is close enough to what it says. I docked a star because one of the photos says it is "Center Negative". The symbol in the same photograph indicates "Center Positive" and that's what it is showing on my voltmeter. I suspect most people wouldn't know the different anyways.
