Works well chilling components!
Worked very well to chill a chip on my Samsung smart TV to enable it to get past the initial boot stage without restarting. Apparently it’s a common fault sorted by updating the TV software, but unless you can get the TV to stay on, you can’t update the software!Anyway, this did the job and I was able to sort the TV issue and had plenty left over, so it will probably sit in the garage till the next time I have a problem on the car or electronic device.

Chewing gummed carpet?
If you are trying to get chewing gum out of carpet this is what you need! Not the cheapest but it does the job. Nice to have different nozzles. Just spray to freeze the gum to -50°C then crumble and brush off. Larger spots need multiple applications.

Great for removing glow plugs
I was sceptical that this would work, but I am never going to be without a can of this freezer spray now. I work on my own old cars and I get through quite a lot of penetrating oil. Now I use this freezer spray first. After freezing the bolt with the spray, I let it warm up to ambient temperature and try to undo it. I have not had a stuck fastener since. I still use penetrating oil to make the removal easier to lower the risk of breaking smaller corroded fasteners.

Not as cold as I am used to
Need to be colder for showing up thermal problems, ones I have used before actually leaves ice, this, no.

Ideal for cooling down heated bolts.
I use this to compliment the heating and cooling cycle of seized fasteners, to speed up the process. I have had great success using this. Good size can and easy to use, just spray on the heated bolt.

Essential for every tool box
Used this in conjunction with a heat gun to cold-shock some seized bolts on my thermostat. Worked so well I bought another can to keep in the garage ready for next time!

Really useful for diagnostics
Have a TEAC receiver with intermittent fault, my suspicion was the pre-amp & signal input selection circuitry (bad hum, weird balance and tone controls) sprayed area and problem stopped - for a few days. Turns out bad (dry solder) joint on a 3-teminal regulator which gets warm and degraded the solder joints over time. The freezer helped identify the locale and upon close inspection could see the problem device. So chuffed!!
