I purchased them to go inside shoes so I expected them to be smaller but was pleasantly surprised. Even with the large size, they fit well inside kid shoes and would still be large enough for adult shoes. I've also noticed these have helped dry out my items faster too. Sometimes if I'm playing back to back days and my shoes and kneepads are in my gym bag they don't dry out, but these seem to help with that issue. Easy to use, they don't really take up much extra space in my bag, and I love that it comes in a pack, so I was able to give a few to my fiance for his gym shoes.
