Safe & Sound Weekly Pill Organiser with 28 Compartments, 4 Compartments Per Day Each with Single Slide-out Lid

My husband takes a fair number of tablets daily and I needed to be able to organise them better. Tried a few different boxes but none were ideal - either too flimsy and fell apart after a week or so, or not suitable for large amounts of pills. Scrolling through Amazon found what looked perfect to me. The whole pill container slides out to allow organising the daily pills at different times of the day. The container is then slid back into place and each day then has a slide out lid which allows pills to be taken out when required. And because you only open the segment you need you can tip the container over to get the pills out without losing any other pills. My only criticism is that each pill segment is quite small so I use a large pair of tweezers to remove the pills required if I don't want to tip the box. But it is quite ingenious and I would highly recommend it I have two now which allows me to plan for the week ahead.

Great quality, well made product. This is the type of pill case that is quite hard to find nowadays. The style of pill holders that are typical now are usually the type that have small boxes with the lids on very flimsy plastic "hinges" but this one has slides to cover the compartments. Basically, there is nothing to go wrong with this type of mechanism, and should last for years. Sadly, I take about 30 pills a day, and this is ideal for the job of keeping them together securely and it's easy to refill as well.Hope this helps my fellow Amazoners.Very Best Regards,Mickey.

We have always used this type of tablet dispenser and we find it is the most efficient way to remember to take your medication, the compartments are slightly on the small side on this brand, and difficult for the elderly to fill when multiple tablets are used. Overall good value for money and simple design.

This pill organiser does what it is made for, however the sliding covers will not stop and hold the remaining full slots whilst you remove the pills you want. Unless you hold the sliding cover firmly.

Sturdily made good value useful for ease of use

I wanted a pill box which I can use as a 28day dispenser. I wanted it to be compact, simple and dated Monday to Sunday not Sunday to Saturday. This fits the bill perfectly. Not over engineered with complicated lids and removeable sections. Just plain with sliding openers. Took me ages to find it in the plethora of boxes but delighted that I did.

I bought this for my Grandad as his last pill organiser was quite cheap and the compartments wouldn't stay closed so I really hoped that this one would be better quality.The first thing I noticed was it was a bit smaller than I expected so not great if you have lots of tablets to take at once. The other major drawback was the fact that the sliding lids were too loose, just the slightest movement would slide the whole section open, so you had to be really careful to make sure you were only tipping out the tablets that you wanted. The other drawback was that the colour on the raised wording where it shows the days rubbed off after a couple of weeks... potentially quite a dangerous flaw! My Grandad had to colour them back in with biro!I'd definitely stick to one of the dispensers with the individual compartments where each one has a lid rather than this type with a sliding lid.

Bought 2 for mum's am and pm tabs. I already have one and find it an invaluable timesaver. I only have morning tabs and use the days of the week only and not the times that are on the side. So I get a months worth of tabs in mine. It stops any confusion over whether you've taken your tabs or not. Spending half an hour or so once a month filling this saves so much time at pill taking times! Watching my mum pick out similar looking tablets late at night and spending 20 minutes sorting through them all is excruciating! I love mine and I hope she gets organised and uses hers soon..
