Mediocre at best
I approve of the minimal added ingredients list, so I don't mind the bland taste, but this 'liposomal' vitamin C just isn't as effective as other brands I've tried, so I can't recommend it. The way these products are manufactured and/or formulated matters, obviously there's more to it than just mixing up phospholipids with vitamin C...Not sure what 'absorbency' is asking about. It mixes fine with water but I don't feel I'm getting a good dose of vitamin C from it, so from that perspective only 3 stars.

Worked well as a Winter Anti viral.
Bought this for my elderly immune suppressed parents who are both constantly besieged by viruses all year round. Got this for them as an experiment and its the first time they never got the Flu or chest infections, despite everyone else getting it including myself, and I didn't take any.Apparently has a mild taste. Expensive, but would recommend as superior to 2mg daily effervescent Vitamin C.

This is a GOD SEND
Every year for ten years I would get the most horrific chest infections which would result in me being hospitalised. Last year I found out about lipolife products and started taking a couple of sachets a day. Last winter was the first time I didn’t get a chest infection. Not only that but I also didn’t get so much as a sniffle. I am now taking various products in the lipolife range and I can honestly say I have never felt better. I’ve also done my research and spoken to other Liposomal manufacturers but none of them provided me with as much support and scientific information as the people at lipolife. I genuinely cannot recommend them and this product enough. I can breathe!!

Best mixed in juice to avoid taste
Best mixed in juice to avoid taste. I've been using this product for 15 days thus far and have noticed no benefits at all. If I notice anything by the time I use the product up then I will re-review.
