After making coffee I notice that the inside change completely black and I think this material is not good because is turning black that is not aluminum looks like some kind of different materials

You all know the classic brand-name Moka Pot. This isn't constructed with quite as heavy metal material as that popular brand name, but has the exact shape and design besides that. This is a pretty small version, so you can only get one or two diluted cups of coffee out of it. The pot gets a little stained with use. Good Bialetti copycat Moka.

So these are probably the most popular version of manual espresso makers. I've seen a ton of them in customers homes. So when I saw this one I was surprised and quickly got it.It arrived, and lets just say it is a cheapy junk. It is made out of some pot metal, that I'm pretty sure I'd be able to break it by hand. Then the handle...its made of plastic. Tell me how having a plastic handle on a unit that will sit on the stove works?All in all, it was very disappointing.

Men, I have a confession to make. Several years ago I gave up drinking beer. I had to do it for my health. I did it and haven't looked back.To compensate and reward myself, I decided to never drink mediocre coffee again. I buy freshly roasted whole bean coffee from local coffee roasters. I grind my beans in a stainless steel burr grinder that allows me to adjust my grind to my brewing method, and I have several methods to choose from.This little stovetop unit reminds me of the way my Italian grandmother and great aunt used to brew espresso when I was a kid. I used to love the way the kitchen smelled when they brewed their espresso! But they wouldn't let me have any!This unit is made of quality materials. The metal isn't quite as thick or heavy as those older models (I still have a few), but it feels like it will last a lifetime just the same. The edge of the base, where the water goes, is just a little sharp. Be careful when cleaning it.I do have a few of these little espresso makers. One style in particular has an annoying quality: it makes no sound when it brews. This one makes plenty of noise, which is what you want. Don't leave your espresso pot sitting on the hot stove!One last thing: I highly recommend buying a light roast, grinding it medium or French roast grind and running it through this brewing method. It creates a really special flavor. I love this little espresso pot and highly recommend it!
