Today I received my replacement parts and it was the entire kit again I am so appreciative and just blown away my outstanding customer service thanks again I'll be looking for your business name next time I place an orderWorked great then after I re-filled staples the slide that holds them in fell out. I put it back in but it fell out again. I lost the pRy the second time. I check it was locked in but it still came out. Now it's useless as I can't find replacement part. Worked great then broke...

I'm trying to grow Zinnias using bamboo stakes and this was a back saver! Staking used to be a chore, now I really look forward to it. This is one of those tools that you didn't know you needed until you purchase. This gadget is a must have if you are trying to stake your flower or vegetable gardenSeriously one of the coolest things I've purchased for my garden. This tool is something I may use every other day.

This plant tying machine works great, just didnt work for my purposes.

Only worked for about 4 plants. It was a great idea but it's junk.

If you are one to throw away the directions with the package, check out you tube. It took me a few times to figure out how to keep the little claw grabbing the tape. Once I figured that out, it worked great!

This is a time saver in the garden. It clips a tape around anything hanging onto its stake. This is the 3 rd yr same machine.

I've been trying to use this, and maybe I'm just not coordinated, but it only works well about 75% of the time.Now, I may be doing it wrong, because when it works, it's wonderful. The tape holds the plant stem gently, no bruising, and it's sturdy. I attached dahlias to their bamboo support canes, and most of them came out all right.
