Very unsatisfied
New version costly freezes up on all channels, but especially on those channels like Fox News and channels like that very unsatisfied and the remote control quit working and of course, it started after the warranty to return it garbage

This Producet does not work after 6 months.
I am on my third box in one year. After six month something goes wrong with it. Beware while watching a TV show a or movie it can pause repeatly. Also sometime there is no volume or the voices is in spanish. Its a great product but has issues. I do not cable so I keep returning it and get another. The return policy is great.

Junk!
Freezes often, remote button response is sporadic. Many channels are either sped up or slow and choppy, have subtitles that can't be turned off, or have no sound. The adage 'If it sounds too good to be true' applies here.

Not Worth the Money
Hard to see here curser is. No instructions to connect mini keyboard. Amazon Prime screens not the same as on Prime. Could not get past registration screen on Netflix & TUBI. Not worth $$. Got "Sorry Down for Maintenance" several times while viewing local TV channel on Blue TV

Missing parts
Impressed by the streaming unit itself. Thankfully the remote was there and works. The mini keyboard is missing the rechargeable battery which renders it useless.

RESET ERASED EVERYTHING ;( won’t work
Reset everything because audio was out of sync. Not it won’t work. No help desk. But another brand. Can’t return it now.
