I am writing this review because the springtek support team kept insisting me to write a review, so here’s my opinion: its a budget friendly product, it comes with a 7 year warranty so I think its a pretty good deal but don’t know whether they will replace it or not in case of any damages because for products like this warranties doesn’t work in my opinion. They self deliver this items in my case they used Bluedart’s service and I had to keep calling them to deliver the package, it was delivered on time but it wasn’t smooth. The mattress was supposed to be hybrid(soft in one side and hard in the other) but both sides are soft.

The bed sagged on both the left and right edges within just one month due to poor quality. This has caused severe back pain for my family.I have raised multiple complaints continuously over the past six months (starting from the first month itself), but there has been no proper response or understanding of the issue.Never buy this product unless you want to end up spending money on hospital visits and dealing with serious back pain.

I am impressed with the quality of this mattress protector. It fits snugly and doesn’t move at all. Very comfortable to sleep on and protects the mattress properly. Value for money product.
