It’s not very light, but it’s also not so heavy that you’ll get a headache after wearing it for long periods. I usually take it off when I’m stopped for a decent amount of time anyway. The padding is good, but I wish I had ordered a large. The medium feels more like it’s made for a kid’s head or someone with a really small head. The adjustable strap is very versatile and makes it easy to change the tightness and get a comfortable fit. Added pictures of my iPhone XS to reference the inner width of the helmet, and I should also add if the padding inside was thinner a medium would work.
